I studied for 2 years at Bunker Hill Community College and took few classes at UMASS Boston. I also earn a Certification in Professional Medical Assisting. I am very reliable, detail-oriented. I have ability to take directions very well, and a fast learner. I have great experience in customer service where I helped people through phone calls. I have great customer service skills, good communication, problem-solving skills. I have great capability to empathize with people. I am honest, loyal, friendly. I am very aware as well of my surroundings and myself. I can feel/ understand/ can relate to someone's pain so I try my best to help by being a good listener without judgements. I am always looking for answers and ways to fix problems/situations. I am not afraid to admit when/if I am wrong. I don't assume I know everything so that's why I will keep learning as I grow. Because when you think you know everything, you tend to not be interested in learning and asking questions. I try very well to spread positivity, good vibes, humor around me and/or via social media
