Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager
• Work with clients to understand business needs and forecast
hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for the positions in recruitment (where needed)
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job advertising platforms.
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Screen & evaluate candidates’ resumes and job applications, matching the most suitable candidates to different positions to deliver the recruitment of blue-collar workers (welders, construction, and production workers) as well as white-collar candidates.
• Set up Talent Pool.

• Prepare monthly status reports identifying current contract status, potential risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare and manage onboarding plans, to ensure the successful transition to the contract delivery teams.
• Preparing statutory and mandatory training plans and pre-employment medicals for all SITE staff and completing the onboarding process.
• Communicate effectively with fellow employees.

• Complete current and potential clients’ rate schedules/some tender documents
• Upkeeping of client’s Database Program (Rapid Global)
• Liaise with the site regarding site issues and queries.
