About

In my 15+ years of experience, I learned both the aspects of a project, design, and scripting, and was able to fill the thin gap between design and scripting, which issue should be solved by designer and programmer that gives me a holistic view of the design and development process. Initially, I worked in agencies where I usually designed static, eCommerce and dynamic websites and latter shifted to product-based companies, this is a very new thing for me, and I had to shift my thinking from that to product designing, which is a very different kind of work. For the last few years, I am working for Panasonic Europe and managing a team to deliver the custom CRM and performing dual roles ( management and leading UI/UX team) During this Journey, sometimes I have to work with some clients who don't have an understanding of UX and Judge the work on UI elements which causes failure when they launched their products to market despite they have very good ideas and business plans.
