Over 6 years working in the travel industry, I have become
deeply imbued with a profound love and respect for this craft. As
long as I can remember, I have always strived to delve into and
study the depths of every specialization, from a reservation specialist
to an account manager. This journey of knowledge and experience
continually brings me joy and satisfaction.
Working as a travel assistant at the international level allowed me to
reach a new tier of professional development. Communicating with
clients and colleagues from different countries around the world, I

Travel Assistant | Account manager
As a Travel Assistant, I perform the following tasks: Helping finding the
optimal hotel (pre booking services), I also channel queries to the legal
department, modify bookings (dates, number of guests), Add extra services,
create incident tickets. I assisted partners (B2B) and clients (B2C) in making
reservations through suppliers. I managed calls and emails from partners, and
based on their requests, I reached out to suppliers. Following this, I provided
partners with marked-up offers from the suppliers and hotels. Upon approval
from the partners, I processed the order and uploaded the voucher and
invoice to the partner’s account using the CRM system. Avia specialist assist
for b2b partners (tickets, flights and luggage etc.). Transfer/Car Specialist, I
ensured that vehicles were reserved for clients in line with their travel
schedules. I coordinated directly with transport service providers to manage
transfer details and resolve any arising issues. I provided clients with
information about their transfers, answered questions, and solved any
problems related to the transfers, including flight delays or cancellations.
As Account manager: supporting and conducting Audits, educating
customers. Working with the sales teams to support onboarding new clients,
establishing and developing customer relationships, building trust and enable
customer expectations to be exceeded, identifying customer needs in a
consultative way to improve profitability within both Workwear and Wiper
business streams. Offering new service lines, resolving issues in collaboration
with other departments, training customer contacts where necessary and
upselling/cross selling new services, ensuring all reporting and CRM updates
are completed in a timely manner, actively searching for new and improved
