Human Resources Business Partner
HR Generalist Support:
• Ensure the application and enforcement of policies and procedures throughout the allocated Business Units
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Provide appropriate communication means and forums for Line managers and Colleagues
• Ensure that there is consistency in the processing of HR documents in line with ISO standards
Employee Relations:
• Resolve Employee Relations Issues and address grievances in accordance with the company Disciplinary Code
• Attend Disciplinary Hearings and ensure the Chairperson’s recommendations are considered and implemented accordingly
Training and Development:
• Assess training needs/gaps and roll out Training and Development solutions that meet the employee needs
