I have been involved in all aspects of the accounting functions including, budgeting & rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasts, reporting on financial statements, 10k preparation, development & implementation of financial policies & internal controls. I possess extensive experience in cost accounting, including determination of standard costing and reporting of manufacturing variances. In addition to this, I have been engaged in scoping reviews of corporate operational audits and risk assessment, SOX readiness and process reviews.
I have a strong renewable energy (wind) financial expertise acquired through two top market share leaders within this segment (Siemens & Vestas).

Main overhaul fleets are Eurostar, West Midlands, Thameslink and Scotrail; all work performed is internal business. Traction Drives overhauls rail gearboxes, revenue streams are internal & external. I am responsible for the support cost management, trending estimating and project forecasting; cost controlling & accounting, overall budget responsibility of £35m
