Loan Recovery Officer
The Loan Recovery Officer is responsible for managing and recovering delinquent loans and debts on behalf of the organization. I work closely with borrowers to establish payment plans, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding loans for the organization. I have a strong understanding of financial analysis, negotiation techniques, and legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding debt collection. Responsibilities: 1.Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop strategies to recover outstanding debts. 2.Contact borrowers via phone calls, emails, and letters to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances. 3. Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to determine the financial health of borrowers and assess the risk of default. 4. Monitor and report on the progress of loan recovery efforts, including recovery rates and trends in delinquency. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service while dealing with borrowers.
