Guillermo Cuéllar Barandiarán is an anthropologist, sociocultural researcher, and university professor. He is the author of two books published by the Ministry of Culture editorial label of his country: "Salarrué in the newspaper "PATRIA" (2016); "Mangoré: The Chieftain of the guitar in El Salvador" (2017). Guillermo has drafted and published essays in specialized journals of Social Sciences and Humanities. It currently prepares two publications that record results and findings from unpublished research. Guillermo also has written several musical works, such as: «Misa Popular Salvadoreña» (1980); «Basta Ya» (1985); «Songs for the New Life» (1987); «Misa Mesoamericana» (2000); «Two Wings: Tribute to the Salvadoran poet, Alfredo Espino» (2000); «Salvadoran People's Mass: 25th Anniversary» (2005); «Historical Songbook of the Base Ecclesial Communities of El Salvador» (2012); «Santo Mártir de Amor», a song dedicated to the canonization of the Salvadoran Bishop martyr, Oscar Arnulfo Romero (2015-2017). Now Guillermo Cuellar prepares two albums that include unreleased original songs.

Ten years committed to create and expand a research project under the subject axis: "Culture, Memory, Identity." The main tasks were collecting data, analyzing information, drafting reports, articles, essays, and presentations for public diffusion of researched issues. The project addressed significant social and cultural problems to propose diverse customized strategy solutions.
