As an administrator and human resource personnel with supervisory responsibilities overseeing a fast- growing team, I find joy in overseeing people's activities. When I stumbled across the job post of a human resources business partner at your firm, I knew it was a position which I would fit perfectly into. I was originally hired at the CHRIST REDEEMER SECONDARY SCHOOL to teach and later became part of the tech administrative team, and, later, as part of the human resources personnel. During my 6+ years there, I have grown tremendously, and I have developed many skills and much know-how which would carry over perfectly to the marketing manager position in your firm. On top of that, I am honored to have been awarded many successes, including: Researched & implemented team growth and maintenance trend report, which helped to increase our team output by 15% per quarter.
