Senior User Experience Designer
As a Senior User Experience Designer at BNP Paribas, my role was to support the company globally in enhancing online experiences for customers. In this position, I was responsible for designing and implementing innovative and intuitive user experiences across all digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces.
My work as a Senior UX Designer involved conducting research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of users, and using this information to create user-centered designs that meet the needs of the target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to develop and implement effective solutions that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
In addition to designing and implementing user experiences, I was also responsible for evaluating the performance of digital products and services, and recommending improvements based on data and user feedback. I analysed user behaviours, conducted usability tests, and tracked metrics to understand the impact of my designs on user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
