- Agent of the loyalty / retention department of Orange and platform support, as well as a specific collaborator in reporting tasks. - Agent of Orange's order management and anti-cancellation departments, at the same time that I carried out back office activities. - Repsol commercial agent and later a member of the back office team of said service, where I collaborated creating tools to improve the processes carried out. In addition to the verification and sales recovery work, I have carried out the sales loading process and the subsequent issuance of the daily report. - Agent of the Repsol withholding department, where, in addition to the tasks of the position, I have provided support in the improvement of the computer programs used in said section, suggesting changes and optimizations that have been implemented, improving the effectiveness and quality of work performed. I have also performed various support tasks such as campaign time management, resolution of doubts, platform support and error correction, among others.
