I am Jacquiline Lou, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from San Sebastian College-Recolletos Manila. I had experiences working in fast food restaurants as a CASHIER/ SMART ASSISTANT where I was the one who handled customer inquiries about the latest promo, I also organized event preparations whenever there’s a party. I worked as a RECEPTIONIST/ MARKETING ASSISTANT in a printing company. My role was managing admin work, arranging, attending meetings and reporting to my superiors. In some events, I also helped and negotiated with the clients about the details of the things they needed in their campaign. This was where I learned how to use Adobe Photoshop and started to discover my skill in creating layouts. I worked as a Customer Support Supervisor in an online casino company where I handled a lot of customer inquiries, complaints, technical support and made sure that the new employees were properly trained. I had a chance to learn more about Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Then I was transferred to the Operations Department as a Pit Supervisor/ Pit Manager. I handled the daily rosters of our dealers, performance reviews and development, also from minor to major mistakes. I also worked with the IT guys where I learned basic troubleshooting whenever there was a technical error inside the studio.
As you can see I am a very flexible person. I make sure that I will learn and explore new things and will not let any chances pass by.
