Supervise and lead the graphic designing team >Participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication >Help graphic artist/s analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project >Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the client and Office Beacon >Oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline >Ensures that the project work within the timeline is completed >Oversee that new techniques and processes used, to provide the best quality of designs >Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level graphic designers >Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues to the team >Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project >Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets >Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments Servicing a promotional company Creating 150 plus Artworks per day. -Downloading the Artwork request for the day, checking of completed artworks done by every artist. (If scheduled as an Artwork Manager) -Create virtuals/mockups (customized: socks, beanie, brandana, scarves, etc.) from files provided by the the client like logo, icon, background, etc. -Designing an artwork whether specific or generic template request from various companies from all over U.S 1. Create specific mock-ups/virtual artwork by following client instruction or provide fun and creative virtual request for promotional products 2. Create generic mockups/ virtual artwork using Pop promo and Campus stop generic templates -Pull colors from the logo or follow the client PMS request and apply to the artwork.
