Senior Technical Recruiter
- Deliver hiring requirements that are mostly senior level IT development roles (e.g. .Net Developer, PHP, Developer, QA, Front-end Developer, etc.)
- Actively source candidates through various media/platforms such as job portals, professional networking sites, social media, existing database, internal referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial level of screening; paper screening and phone/web call interview.
- Schedule and facilitate secondary and/or tertiary level of screening such as technical interview/test, operations interview, and client interview.
