Hi! I am Jinita, a certified educator and currently a transitioned-HR Specialist. As an experienced IT and Non-IT recruiter and with over 9 years of total work exp., I excel in identifying and attracting top talent to drive organizational success. I have completed a 6 month online Executive Development Program in HR Management from the reputed XLRI Jamshedpur India. I reside near Bhubaneswar, in India. Besides, HRM & education, I have also worked as a global freelancer, on various projects of quality content writing, and editing in the Ed-tech industry. I find HR very compelling because after completing my HRM Course from XLRI, I could see that the skills required by an HR professional align with my personal interest and behavior.
