In this project I had the opportunity to improve my versatility. I was responsible for preparing the nature boat tours plan, in order to make known to customers the richness of the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve. I had as other responsibilities the management of activities with partners, such as EVOA, customer management and I was also responsible for creating the marketing strategy.
