I was born and raised in Santa Rosa City, Laguna and
graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines
Santa Rosa Campus with a bachelor’s degree of Information
Technology. I have 3 years and 6 months of experience in
BPO industry. The most recent is with Bolton International
Inc. Santa Rosa City Laguna. It lasted for about a year and
my position was customer service representative. The client
that I was assigned to is a US company called Bravely.
During my stay in that program, my responsibilities was to
schedule appointments for a coaching session, fixing a
technical difficulty before, during and after the coaching
session, answering customer inquiries coursed through chat
and the mailbox with accuracy and efficiency. I also have
