Hello awesome people, My name is Junaid Omar and I am 29 years old. In 2014 I completed my studies in Creative Brand Communications and specialised in Multi-Media design. I am self-employed as a freelance Multi-Media designer from Cape Town, South Africa. I am an all round creative with many passions, goals and dreams. I am a lover of dogs and creating doggo characters are one of my favourites. I enjoy starting and collaborating on various creative projects. I consider myself a Creation Artist and believe we all are Creation Artists in our own way. A Creation Artist creates anything within their Imagination by tapping into Flow, while engaging and understanding their Inner-Child.

My job as an intern graphic designer was mainly to assist in and create any content that was required from Thebe Tourism Group, Cape Point and SAN Parks. I did any visual identity design (business cards, ads, brochures, etc) needed for these comapanies. I created digital artwork such as slideshows and motion graphics for Thebe events. I created digital and video content for Cape Point’s winter/summer 2018 promotions. I was given the opportunity to start and co-ordinate a campaign called “The Rain Dance Challenge” for Cape Point. I had to outsource all the necessary services and resources required for this project.

My job was to set up and create artwork for instore floorstands/product holder units for brand’s such as Revlon, Almay, Parmalatt, Phillip Morris and Foodlovers. I had to make sure that file’s are print and cut ready for production. I occasionally helped out by the factory with mass production (cutting, sanding, painting, glueing, stacking, packing, etc.)
