Finance Accounting Manager
1) Manage overall duties and responsibilities of finance, accounting and tax functions in the company
and/or projects
2) Responsible for financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting on regular basis and/or
as required by the Management of the company
3) Oversee accountable and reliable A/R as well as A/P processes
4) Control overall aspects of financial performance of the company and/or project(s)
5) Draft or improve and propose necessary standard operating procedures and operating models in
finance, accounting and tax of the company
6) Ensure full and continuous compliance to governing laws and regulations in finance, accounting and
tax
7) Advise strategy in finance, accounting and tax to the management
8) Liaise and collaborate with appointed consulting professionals in audit and/or tax
