In my current role, I lead a team of Recruiters where the focus is on internal mobility with current Fidelity Investment associates who are preparing to make their next career move within the company. Along with managing the internal recruitment team, I am responsible for leading a strategic initiative on enhancing internal mobility and candidate experience which includes the creation of an online resource of helpful tools for internal candidates to leverage during their career search.
I have dedicated my career to fostering dynamic relationships while improving or enhancing processes should it be through the leadership of direct reports I have managed by coaching goal achievement or developmental opportunities, collaboration with peers on process management and idea generation, or as a Recruiter building relationships with internal / external candidates surrounding life impacting decisions such as job opportunities that could include a future career move.
