Dublin Ireland
Management Consultant / Business Analyst
In the PMO team for our tech client's global transformation, I led the transition from outsourcing withholding tax filings to an in-house solution, optimizing SAP for tax compliance. Internally at PwC Ireland, I contributed to client analysis, forecasting, resourcing, and strategy.
Managing financials for two priority tech clients, I oversaw a €500k SAP project. Improved response rates were achieved by addressing queries promptly. Automation of reporting through Data Studios enhanced operational efficiency, complemented by Salesforce dashboards for senior management updates.
Financial acumen was crucial in operationalizing internal financials. Billing and invoicing management for tech clients involved SAP Ariba, reports, and trackers. Risk and quality management were paramount, addressing potential issues and ensuring project success.
Reducing onboarding times by 50%, I streamlined processes and efficiently resolved a significant aged debt issue (€360k payable over 120 days). This demonstrated a commitment to efficiency and problem-solving.
The role combined project management, budget coordination, financial reporting, risk management, and process optimization. This comprehensive approach contributed to the success of the global transformation initiative. Lessons learned will guide future endeavors, fostering innovation and adaptability in the evolving tech landscape.

Financial Data Analyst / Credit Analyst
In KPMG's Transaction Services department, as a Financial Data Analyst, I played a vital role in implementing a recoverable strategy for non-performing loans for a major Irish commercial bank. Responsibilities included meticulous data collation, verification, and organization from banking systems, using tools like Excel for effective loan remediation.
Due to my exceptional performance, I earned a promotion to a restitution project. I conducted a thorough review of fees and interest overcharged, identifying categories requiring manual calculation not supported by existing models. I created an instructional manual for the manual calculation of borrowers' interest overcharged.
In addition, I actively contributed to the PMO by developing and updating weekly reports, RAID Logs, and Business Requirements Documents, showcasing my commitment to comprehensive project management support.
Simultaneously, as a Credit Support Analyst in the same department, I engaged in inbound and outbound calls with mortgage customers, processed payments, and effectively resolved complaints. I facilitated discussions for clients with credit card and personal loan accounts, processing applications for temporary payment modifications and Covid-19 payment plans for mortgage loan accounts.
In summary, my roles within KPMG's Transaction Services department underscored my versatile skill set, from intricate data analysis for non-performing loans to managing credit support functions, reflecting a commitment to precision, efficiency, and client-centric solutions within the complex financial domain.
