I am a customer service representative (CSR) with nearly three years of professional experience in the retail and cryptocurrency market. My educational background is related to the tourism and hospitality industries, and I am keen to start my professional career. During my working years as CSR in IMEX Group, I assisted various customers with their queries about the products by supporting them in a friendly and professional manner. I have also been entitled as a head of the product unit and had the chance to educate the new-enrolled co-workers by providing them with primary and secondary data about the product, management, merchandising, and stocking details and technics. Those years become core for my professional achievements regarding the experience of working as a cashier. In addition, I have worked as an online customer service representative at one of the famous cryptocurrency exchanges MEXC Global.
