• Provide timely and effective communication to the customers
• Manage and solve customer complaints
• Ensure customers assistance to register accounts on application
• Handle enquires to Bolt global standards
Client (drivers) side:
• Make outbound calls with potential drivers to enroll them into Bolt partnership program
• Register drivers in the application, present the working terms of the company
• Train drives to Bolt standards
• Deliver updates and changes in policies with easy and clear instructions
• Create weekly plans in Jira/Asana and break down into small tasks
• Check orders and specify missing details for Bolt food
• Touch point between client and a delivery partner for Bolt
• Communicate with corporate clients
• Reporting on main KPIs to Head office
