While working at Target, prioritizing that guests had a pleasant and helpful experience was at the core of everything I did. My days consisted of balancing each task with a flow that made sense and ensured each duty gets completed, which was especially essential to my role as a part of the closing crew. During my time at an assisted living facility, my responsibilities included catering to the needs as well as the enjoyment of our residents. Throughout the day I would engage with and entertain residents by having conversations, reading to them, playing board games, going on walks around the neighborhood, or simply keeping them company. It was also my responsibility to answer all phone calls and direct visitors to our residents. I provided snacks and often would assist with meal preparation as well.
