My previous position I worked as a Senior Supply Planner at Raytheon Technologies here in Tucson, AZ. My responsibility consisted of evaluating, planning, and coordinating material requirements to ensure that the demands we have for our program are fulfilled. I also made sure that these deliveries are met, problem solve any current or potential problems and issues. Before my job at Raytheon, I was enlisted in the United States Air Force. While I was in the United States Air Force, I worked as a Supply & Logistics Manager in the 355 LRS, Davis Monthan Air Force Base–providing logistical and supply support to the base. During my time in active duty, I performed duties of Inventory Analyst, Equipment Procurement Support, Maintenance Supply Support, and Warehouse Manager - giving me extensive experience as a manager in multiple environments. I have taken a leadership course throughout my time in the Air Force, and I am halfway through my bachelor’s degree in computer science.
For many years, I have created environments conducive to teamwork and have filled the roles of both follower and leader. I have the ability to be flexible in varying workplace atmospheres and I have a keen understanding of different organizational cultures and procedures. My commitment to achieving company goals and benchmarks while being compliant to safety standards and regulations is what I have done for my entire military career, making me an ideal candidate as a member of your organization.
