Fluor Idaho is a contractor for the U. S. Department of Energy. I worked at the INL site at INTEC and occasionally in town as an intern in the Field Services department, Customer Support Help Desk. Responsibilities include rebuilding PCs and laptops, with hardware if needed and reimaging Windows and whatever other software is needed from a server. I have also been out on the floor helping customers set up and connect computers, fix their software and hardware problems, answer questions and find solutions for them.
