Previously, in the BPO industry, I act as the company's internal help desk for sales channels for in-store and door-to-door sales agents, making sure that all client information in Salesforce is correct to prevent delays. Guiding and helping sales agents with protocols and active promotions to ensure that everyone is aligned with any changes and an extra mile resolution. I was often asked to assist new hires during their training and until they were endorsed to operations. My role was to assist and guide them with regard to product knowledge and processes. Adjusting to different personalities and attitudes is quite challenging at first, and it taught me that when you have a clear objective and goal, then you'll definitely overcome any challenges. I was able to connect with the rest of the newbies and help them realize and maximize their potential not only for self-improvement but also for achieving the team and organizational goals. Also resolved technical issues and well-handled escalations. In my journey in the F&B industry, I stand as the employee's first contact, set schedules and provide resolutions. I have shown effectiveness and efficiency to help the organization and inspire the team to have a clear objective and to work professionally, especially when handling challenging situations. Relate well with the rest of the team and helped them realize their potential and maximize it for the accomplishment of the team and the organization's goals. I am confident that my leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving abilities, accountability, flexibility, and eagerness to look for solutions that can add value will contribute to and drive the organization's continued success.
