• Defined and design new features, products, and services. • Led the design processes. • Executed research, and redesign DADSUN's products through user research, wireframing, interface design, experience research, information architecting, and copywriting. • Working closely with the business team, developer team, and stakeholders for their needs and challenges that get to the best solutions for problems. Identified and investigated users' problems and needs through analysis of users' behavior, usability test, and user research. • Executed a data-driven system for analysis users and a user-centered problem-solving process. Probably you know a startup guy should be a swiss army knife :) sometimes, so there were more different experiences at this position and period.
