I am Mudassar Ayub from Pakistan. Currently, I am working as an engineer in “Technology Center Research & Testing Lab” at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Islamabad Pakistan which Rank 74 in Asian University Ranking, 2022. I have 5 years of Lab experience at NUST where I have been involved in teaching labs to undergraduate students and perform lab tests for research students.
I am also working in Deep Learning Lab at National Center for Artificial Intelligence (NCAI), NUST where I have been working on Real-time Customized Hand Sign Language Recognition system using Siamese Convolution Network for hearing- and speech-impaired people, Customized Facial Recognition system using Deep metric learning techniques such as facial vector embedding with Dlib, FaceNet and VGGFace. Object detection, classification, semantic and instance segmentation of videos and images. I have good hands-on experience in writing codes in MATLAB and Python programming languages and datasets annotation tools such as labelImg and Roboflow. The practical experience of data visualization has enabled me to understand Deep Neural Networks (DNN) high-level features in the hidden layers. I have a strong theoretical foundation in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Deep Learning which has significantly enhanced my comprehension of this field.
