I managed the service needs of Evoqua clients in Australia and New Zealand, covering quoting, negotiation, field service coordination, and order execution across Evoqua’s diverse product range, including chlorine dosing, On-Site Electrolytic Chlorination (OSEC), ultrapure water (Ionpure & RO), UV, Analytical Technologies, and Ozone.
I contributed to strategic business plans, emphasizing cooperation with distributors and service partners, and distributed targeted marketing materials to support business expansion initiatives and product launches. I led the implementation of SAP discount structures, collaborating with Product and Sales teams to identify and map discounts, optimizing pricing for respective product lines and customers.
