- Managing travel logistics (flights, transfers, visas, passports).
- Expense reports, reconciliation of credit card statements for the Partner.
- Ensuring smooth running of the team and acting as the “go to” person for facilities’ needs (agreements with service providers, contract negotiation).
- Acting as the first point of contact for the team, managing the reception, meeting rooms and filtering calls.
- Event organisation and planning (Outings, offsites, Christmas, etc.)
- Liaise with other Assistants, ensuring communication and coordination.
