I’m a dynamic, pro-active, goal-oriented IT professional with 10+ years of experience leading technology adoption, infrastructure, ERP deployments and process automation projects; applying ITIL guidelines for the design and deployment of technology related services. I believe and encourage effective team building, keeping in mind the participants professional goals along the project and organization objectives. I consider myself passionate, emphatic, communicative and understanding of other personal needs, never afraid of learning new things nor facing new challenges. I’m experienced in the Quality and Process area, focusing on safety management systems, logistic operations and inventory management. Besides project management, also worked in the QA and Testing areas, always aiming to be the IT person who understand the business.
