Customer Service Recognition Certificate

2 months after graduating from training I became one of the top agents in ATT RC1. This only proves that when you give your 100% in what you're doing, you will be rewarded. These are only some of the few certificates that I have received because I was not able to keep the other certificates. I didn't it was that important until I switch to freelancing.
