- Act as Administrator for QSSE management systems used to track the Department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to aid in maintaining Departmental compliance with established standards. This include dashboards used to centralize and analyse the Department’s data to produce trend charts and reports on common occurrences. - Manage operations of the Terminal’s security systems software and hardware such as CCTV and Guard Tour and Intrusion Detection Systems to maximize their effectiveness. - Participate on the teams that are driving the programmes for the Terminal to achieve the ISO 45001/9001/14001 certifications, thereby improving the Terminal’s quality, environment, social and safety culture and support programmes. - Contribute to the development of QSSE staff engagement campaigns and publications. - Develop and deploy QSSE e-learning platforms and tools to support team leads and QSSE learning and engagement programs. - Manage the inventory of QSSE systems hardware. - Act as a primary coordinator and responder for emergencies, including, fires, rescue and hazardous materials.
