Working as Lead Agile Coach for Standard Charted Bank (SCB) on behalf of Maveric System Ltd.. Involved in Agile Transformation for the SCB using Spotify and Customized Scaled Agile Framework Concept also known as nWOW (i.e., New Way of Working). I am also part of SCB Agile Transformation team for their Agility Transformation journey using nWOW framework. Also helping SCB by conducting Agile Maturity Assessment of their different account and identify the gaps and setting the goals and priorities of continuous improvement.
