I have 5years experience into the financial services industry, I have worked for All-gen Evolve for 5years and within that 5years I was a marketing assistant, general administrator and administrative assistant. Regular feedback and communication with the advisor in regards to the business submitted.. Direct contact with the underwriters for escalations and any urgent outstanding queries. Credit Control for unpaid policies Client reviews to update their policies Redirecting calls appropriately or making direct calls to clients when requested Making sure I got all the compliance documents before submitting. Communication with other financial departments for retrieving information with client’s permission to do so and also for policy transferring purposes.
