On a daily , I had 15-20 agents to supervise. I would be in charge of training any new hires for the team, responding to client emails, creating and updating sheets to monitor and track agent performance and client goals. I had to Coach on KPI's, conduct morning and weekly huddles, one on one coaching, completing audits so that I could identify trends, missed opportunities and agent recognition moments. I would also plan team building activities and jump into queues when volume was high.
