Main functions: plan, guide, direct and control the entire commercial or sales area, marketing, such as communication with the market, research, logistics, customer service and telemarketing.
Develop commercial strategies so that sales objectives are achieved;
Preparation of the commercial structure appropriate to what is intended to be accomplished, recruiting and selecting the professionals who will form the commercial body; lead, motivate and develop your team, leading them to commit and work towards achieving the objectives and actions established in the strategic planning; monitor, control and analyze all actions of the commercial team, guiding and making the necessary corrections, so that the goals are met.
Plan and control the product life cycle: launch, revitalization, elimination;
