Throughout two and a half year experience as Held Pattern Technician at Gregory Cerimonia, I fostered a deep understanding of success in a communication role. While dealing with clients and suppliers, I've learned how empathy, respect and listening were key to creating strong relationships. By serving as the communication liaison between clients and suppliers , I was able to create accurate forecasting models about delivery timing. By doing so, I've strengthened the bonds between the company and their clients and produced winning outcomes from a business perspective.
Additionally, I've also got extensive experience in the coffee industry, serving as a head barista throughout 3 international cities - Berlin, Zurich, and Melbourne. Committed to create and implement a more efficient workflow, as well as training staff have resulted in streamlined operations for various employers.
I've also overseen the sourcing and procurement of coffee products from all over Europe & Australia, giving Me an understanding of communication channels across multiple points in a distribution process. Furthermore, instilled communication pathways and fostered professional relationships with Japanese coffee roasters and distribution channels in Berlin & Zurich. This further demonstrates desire to reach above and beyond cultural borders in the spirit of collaboration and passion.
