Throughout my e-commerce and sales operations career, I have been fortunate enough to undertake various tasks that have allowed me to develop multiple skills. One of my primary duties involved monitoring and activating inactive product listings on Newegg.com and NeweggBusiness.com, which required me to be detail-oriented and familiar with the website's interface. Calculating the costs of manufactured products was another task that allowed me to deepen my understanding of the manufacturing process and associated costs. Preparing statistics reports for PPC campaigns involved using my data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Creating SKU and product orders for invoicing required me to coordinate with the sales team and maintain a keen attention to detail. Preparing invoices for customers' orders was a critical aspect of my job, and I took great care to ensure pricing, product descriptions, and shipping details were accurate. Communicating with BestBuy's customer service agents to facilitate price matching was a rewarding experience that allowed me to utilize my customer service skills and attention to detail. Following up with customers by sending review requests after they purchased items allowed me to obtain valuable feedback on the product and service. As a social media and marketing enthusiast, I have had the opportunity to work on various exciting projects.
