My name is Ruth Emmanuel Uchendu, I studied Hotel management and Catering and did a non certificate course in Customer Service, Sales and marketing.
I have since 2015 worked as a sales representative and customer service representative in different companies and have completed an 8 weeks intensive course as a virtual assistant this Sept 2022.
My skills include; Patience, empathy, problem-solving, resilience, communications, data entry, expense tracking, travel research and booking, inbox management, customer service, scheduling and sales closing.
In my past job, i delivered a top notch customer service that made clients rush back to the company for more valuable products, they even referred their friends. As a result, there was a 40% increase in sales.
This and many more i will bring to the table not holding back any relevant skill. I am ready and more than wiling to explore new paths, new knowledge and new skills.
