AGILE & SCRUM ⇨ Good understanding of Agile methodology & managing - sprint cycles, stand ups & retrospectives. ⇨ Assist product owner with grooming & right-sizing the product backlog. ⇨ Preventing scope changes during the Sprint by prioritizing requirements. ⇨ Make suggestions about what needs to be done, prioritize & take ownership for backlog decisions. ⇨ Work closely with Sprint Team, monitor deadlines, introduce new ideas & influence development direction.
