My name is Hka Mai Seng Mai, who is applying for the receptionist position/ customer service. I have got a degree, specializing in Civil Engineering but I prefer customer-based jobs. Therefore, I started to work as a customer service and Chinese interpreter at UV Co; ltd from 2019 to 2021 after I had worked as a site engineer for a local construction company. Concerning my work experience, my major tasks were answering the phone, arranging meeting times for clients and chair members, greeting clients or customers with charming smiles, and recording the arrival time of staff and guests. Thus, sometimes, I had to do some documents using Microsoft office. Moreover, my previous company was a Chinese organization, where there were a lot of clients, usually coming to our company, so I had to interpret for them while hailing taxis or answering the Phone. I think that job is really rewarding and interesting as I love communicating with people. Therefore, as for me, the customer service position really suits my qualifications.
