• Compliances : With minimal supervision, I was responsible for complete management aspect of Singapore based health-tech -Articares in Pakistan including HR , Finance , Procurement & Compliances with government/nongovernmental Institutions & labor laws.
• Retention : IT Sector is currently one of the top performing sectors in Pakistan. Competition is fierce and resources are limited, therefore retention is challenging. I have been able to achieve this milestone by (i) creating a favorable work environment in local setup while ensuring smooth operations. (ii) by assisting the company in providing a unique set of perks/benefits based on the company’s limited budget.
