With my work experience as a banker in three different positions, I gained interpersonal skills which resulted in me solving customer problems and creating customer relationships that were good. I learnt to do data entry jobs because as a loan officer you are required to have the customer's information at your fingertips. I also learnt to listen to customer complaints and refer them to relevant people if the issue was beyond me.
With this background I would like to render my services as a virtual assistant doing what l love, talking to customers, educating them on new or old products, entering data, responding to messages via email or messengers, Facebook, and which ever platform as required . I would also take part in online research survey jobs.
