I have over 11 years of work experience in international sales, customer service and translation from German to English on various subjects, technical and non-technical.
Some of my specific tasks included customer support, handling product-related queries, price negotiations, order processing, meeting deadline and delivery schedule, claims management and translation. Apart from my routine tasks, i have also been responsible for international marketing tasks, like organisation and participation at the events and exhibitions.
