Process & Equipment Engineer

Process owner of die bonding optical components, visual measurement, and laser cutting. - Set up process and machine for the new product. - Maintain, qualify and develop processes and machines to be high efficiency, monitoring by yield and SPC. - Do data analysis, machine log analysis to define root cause and eliminate failure in production. - Repair and maintenance machine. - Configure and optimize the machine for the new part and new model. - Create measurement software by special request. - Create work instructions as process work instruction, preventive maintenance instruction, and condition maintenance instruction training and certify operator and technician. - Set PM and calibration schedule for all machines and equipment in the production line. - Support supplier service engineer for on-site and remote machine setup. - Maintain and develop maintenance system and spare part inventory.
