Finance Officer

As an Finance officer at Multimedia i was responsible for organising and maintaining clients as well as creditor accounts.I prepared reports, organized mettings and co-ordinated between Multimedia Finance office and the offices of our clients . I was able to assist our company pay creditors well on time after we set up an efficient way of invoicing clients so that they pay very fast . During my time at Multimedia i have been succesful in eliminating lost files and customer data by teaming up and having a new state of digital filling. My skills and experience include: • Proficient with multiple software programmes including Microsoft office , Excel , Outlook , Word and Power Point. • Adapt at perfoming some admin functions including filing , data entry , scheduling , correspondence and typing . • Excellent organization and time management skills . Aside from my skills , i feel ideally suited for this role due the company’s commitement to inclusiveness and positive work environment. In my career so far i feel that working in such kind of environments played a major role in enabling me to improve efficiency and achieve targets .
