Hello everyone! My name is Victoria Salazar I'm a recent graduate from collage, and I have almost a decade of experience in the BPO industry, especially focusing on managing concerns and transforming client's experiences from negative ones into positive one. Besides that, I had the opportunity to work as a mentor. My role was to identify opportunities for improvement, to administrate results, and to organize my time to accomplish my duties accordingly. Finally, I worked as a billing representative, I was in charge of provide billing information, identify wrong charges, provide payment arrangements and take payments. Currently, I am committed to learn new skills and continue growing professionally.
