Directs lockout/tag out program during maintenance operations. Maintains quality control and fuel accountability reports in the Fuels Manager Database. Documents all sampling, sample due dates, and the status of all equipment in the Fuels Automated System. Plans, monitors and conducts On-The-Job Training (OJT), for assigned Fuels Management Flight personnel.
